Welcome! I am Emma, I am a passionate Birth and Postpartum Doula based in Essex. 

I feel called to support birthing people on their unique journeys to parenthood, for this reason I am dedicated to support you to have the perinatal experience that YOU CHOOSE. You are embarking on a unique and remarkable adventure, creating and nurturing new life. I wholeheartedly celebrate the magic of women and birthing people. 

Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum are undeniably transformative – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each stage is filled with wonder, but it can also be a time filled with challenges such as uncertainties, previous trauma, anxiety and information overload.

That’s where I come in. My role is to empower and support you throughout every stage (educationally, emotionally and practically) helping you navigate the journey with confidence.
