I became pregnant with my wonderful Daughter in 2022 and it opened up this whole new world of pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenthood. I really felt like I was joining a club!
My whole life I had wanted to be a mum and I really thought that I knew what it would be like, you see it represented everywhere – on the TV, in the movies, on social media and in your own life, growing up or through others around you.
When it came to my journey, what I found out, is that the whole experience was so much more than I had ever anticipated! So much more amazing, more full of wonder, more full of love, more intense, more scary, more overwhelming and more life-changing than I could have possibly imagined.
I truly believe that growing and nurturing new life is something so magical that you can’t quite get your head around how completely full of wonder it is. It is so important to me that you feel celebrated throughout your journey as you are really doing something incredible.
The current landscape of maternity services can be really tricky to navigate and the perinatal period is a time full of vast amounts of information. I want to help you to move through your Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum with calm and confidence.
My goal is to empower you to have the Birth and Postpartum experience of your dreams. Allowing you to release any anxiety and confusion, leaving space to fully embrace all the precious moments.
