When you choose to birth with me you are choosing a full spectrum of support across your perinatal journey. 

During our Antenatal time together we will meet (always including your Birth Partner) to get to know each other and take the time to build your Dream Birth: It is important to understand your birth wishes, values, and expectations thoroughly. We’ll work together to craft a birth plan that reflects your unique desires, and discuss your postpartum goals to ensure a smooth transition.

Need to delve deeper into specific topics? No worries – we can schedule additional meetings to address them in detail (See Antenatal Workshops with exclusive discounts for my Birth Clients).

During labour, I will offer a variety of comfort measures like massage and relaxation techniques to help you manage your experience. As your advocate, I will champion your wishes and celebrate your strength throughout the birthing process. And after delivery, I will stay with you until you feel settled and comfortable.

Postnatally, we will navigate the transition to parenthood together.

I will offer hands-on help with feeding, changing, calming, and soothing your newborn. I can provide light housekeeping assistance with laundry, dishes, and light cleaning so that you have the time and the space to prioritise your recovery and your precious moments with your new baby.

Your well-being is my priority. I can handle some meal preparation and help you to stay nourished and hydrates, or even help you with grocery shopping. Have other children or pets? I can ensure they’re well-looked after while you bond with your newborn. Finally, I will connect you with other support services if needed.

Additional Postpartum sessions can be provided and Overnight stays can also be discussed to further customise your postpartum experience.

I will be your unwavering support system throughout your pregnancy, labour, and postpartum journey. I will provide emotional and practical support, creating a safe space for you and your partner to make informed choices with confidence. I will create a calm and nurturing space to help you through this transition with comfort.
